  registering for a workshop that coincides with an on-call shift.\n\nThe
  MABC administers the MESP program, at a subsidized rate of $50 for MABC
  members, or $350 for non-members. MESP meets the CMBC's requirement for
  midwives to re-certify every two years in an emergency skills program.
