 kshop that coincides with an on-call shift.\n\nThe MABC administers the 
 MESP program, at a subsidized rate of $75 for MABC members, or $375 for 
 non-members. MESP meets the BCCNM's requirement for midwives to re-certi
 fy every two years in an emergency skills program.
