Facilitators have the right to turn participants away if they cannot provide proof of vaccination.**

The MABC administers the MESP program, at a subsidized rate of $50 for MABC members, or $350 for non-members. MESP meets the BCCNM's requirement for midwives to re-certify every two years in an emergency skills program.
